The sintered ferrite magnet has anisotropic type and isotropic type magnet . What is the difference between the anisotropic ferrite magnet and isotropic ferrite magnet ?
Manufacturing technique : The isotropic magnet don’t orient the magnetic field . it can be magnetizing in any direction and the magnetic force is weaker.
The Anisotropic magnet oriented magnetic field by aligning the magnetization axes of the magnetic particles during compaction processing . It can be magnetizing in one direction only and the magnetic force is stonger.
Material chemical component : isotropic ferrite with SrFe12O19 , anisotropic ferrite with BaFe12O19 .
Material Grade : Y10 are isotropic type, Y30 and Y30BH,Y35 are anisotropic type
Magnetic strength BHmax: The BHmax value of anisotropic type is three times more than isotropic type BHmax value.
Magnetic strength Gauss Value :Comparing with the same size ferrite , isotropic type is less than 800Gauss , the anisotropic type can reach 1400-1500Gauss .
Magnetizing way: The isotropic ferrite is suitable for axial, diametrial, multipole on diametrial ,multipole on axial and so on . The anisotropic ferrite is feasible for simple axial and diametrical magnetizing only .
Appearance : Usually, most of the isotropic ferrite magnet is molded with Round angle on edge .
