Injection NdFeB Magnets
Injection NdFeB Magnets/Plastic magnets are made with NdFeB powder and plastic material (such as PA, PPS, etc) by injection molding processing. The injection Neodymium magnets can achieve higher magnetic properity comparing injection Ferrite magnets , the features of injection bonded NdFeB magnets as following :
1. Can be magnetized in any direction, suitable for the radial or axial (face) multi-polar magnetized magnet.
2. One time forming the complex shape .3. Forming the rotor serials products with the shaft or bush by insert molding , it can reduce assembly processes and improve assembly accuracy.
Application fields
The plastic magnets are mainly used in DC motors, spindle motors for DVD players, step motor on scanner and vibration motor for mobile phone, brakes on digital cameras and different kinds of sensing device etc.
